Disliked: The room that we stayed had a broken peephole with stuffed paper towels and tv had limited channels and had no access to any streaming services

Liked: Breakfast was great. Food was fresh and plentiful. Lots of choices.
Disliked: Pool needed some work. Grout was coming off outside and floor seemed slippery and hot tub railing was loose and steps seemed dangerous.

Galena on the Fly Hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was good, inside of facility was clean, our room room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was nothing I can think of that we did not like

Extremely disappointed.

Liked: Location was perfect.
Disliked: Property was outdated. We were located on bottom floor. Room smelled of mold. Air conditioner didn’t work properly. Found spiders, ear wigs and stink bugs in the room. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall cleanliness was pretty bad. Very disappointed in this Best Western location, as we’ve stayed at several other locations and have been extremely happy. If we hadn’t checked in so late in the evening, we’d have requested a refund and found a new place to stay. Couldn’t wait to check out. Didn’t bother with the breakfast that was available as it didn’t look too appealing. Will never stay there again.

Disappointing

Disliked: The pool was very dirty and when we asked about it, were told the pool is cleaned once a week on Mondays. I picked the Best Western because it had an outside pool.
