Superb
Liked: Friendly staff with warm welcome and early check in . Room ws very clean and comfortable.Excellent breakfast with choice of hot and continental.
Disliked: Soundproofing wasn't so good as there were 2 connecting room doors, and so we were woken at 6am by people in the next room. The grounds and carpark could do with a bit of TLC as they are the first thing to be seen on arrival.

Good service, would stay again.
Liked: Food overall was very good. Staff very polite and helpful.
Disliked: Evening meal continuously disrupted by very loud and discourteous diners on table nearby. Staff could of and should of asked them to be less rowdy. Other diners were changing tables to move as far away as possible.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room was very basic, Bathroom wasn't very clean. the room overall was dated, needs refurbishment.The restaurant only had half the menu available, very expensive for what the food was. £18.95 for a burger which wasn't my first choice but as half the menu was off it's what I ended up with.

Liked: Rooms were ready early and when I called in advance staff were very helpful. Beds were comfortable although moved every time you knocked them in the slightest.
Disliked: Room was right next to the entrance. Room had been repainted and although clean but paint splashes and marks everywhere, very poor standard of redecoration. Breakfast was AWFUL. One type of croissant or bread only and nothing g to put in it, jam, ham , cheese etc. cooked breakfast bordered on inedible and had clearly sat for ages. Extremely disappointing for the money paid and what was offered.
