Ok place but wouldn’t come...

Liked: Nice quiet location the bar area is lovely
Disliked: Rooms are dated and dirty and house keeping were loud from 7:40am outside the door - couldn’t rest despite an 11am check out

Liked: Each and everyone of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, they are a credit to the hotel
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Disliked: As above plates could have been a bit bigger, nit yo put more good on but to have more space to eat

Disliked: The lack of staff and cleanliness

Easter visit to the Grandchildren.

Liked: Principally it’s location is just a few miles from my son’s house, so a very handy place to stay nearby, but it is clean and comfortable whilst at the same time has a bar that allowed me to retire to and relax with a pint to get over a tiring day being occupied by the three grandchildren!
Disliked: Nothing.

Nice hotel, would visit again,...

Liked: Comfortable room, nice breakfast and dinner, 15 mins from Go Ape, great pool and spa facilities. Friendly reception and spa facilities staff.
Disliked: Room dusty/cobwebs, bathroom dated and shower difficult to turn on (but powerful/good water pressure), no one at reception for over 10 mins when trying to check out, and no acknowledgement /apology for making three families wait.
