Lovely hotel for a couple...

Liked: Breakfast was nice, and there was plenty of items to choose from. A bonus that this is a dog friendly hotel.
Disliked: Even though breakfast was nice, as we hadn't booked when booking the hotel, we found it expensive.

Good overnight stay for Forest...

Liked: We had an executive room (No. 206) which was excellent with a double aspect window overlooking the estuary and Cheshire Plain. There was a nice short walk to the war memorial which had lovely views again. Staff were all very friendly and happy to chat or give more information. We only had an overnight stay with breakfast which was buffet style. It was very nice and had plenty of options for everyone to choose from. We didn't have time to use the pool or gym but good to have those facilities on offer.
Disliked: A more comfortable area by the bar just for a drink would be nice although there were comfy chairs in the foyer area.

Liked: Love the location. Staff always helpful,friendly & polite. Lovely room.
Disliked: Room was alittle stuffy. Just couldn't open window enough so no air coming in,which I understand as top floor.
