Disliked: I didn't like the fact that some of the staff entered the room to replace towels and wash clothes without permission. I believe this is something that should be asked or at least mentioned beforehand. It's actually a huge invasion of privacy.

Liked: I liked the fact it was a very familiar place we (myself, my husband and our 2 dogs)have stayed numerous times!!
Disliked: We have stayed at this hotel many times! We have always had our 2 support dogs with us. One is a Goldendoodle and the other is a Labradoodle. We list our dogs every time. They have never charged us any kind of pet fee. Our dogs don't shed and I clean up the room, before we leave, much cleaner than how I found it! I sent the hotel a direct message this time stating we have the same 2 dogs with us and I refreshed their memories on the reason we have the dogs and my husband's social issues. I paid for the room up front and only stayed overnight. After knocking on our room door starting at 11am, I was told by the front desk lady to come to the front desk because she wanted money for our service dog's stay! I argued with her a little bit and just left! She told me I was a liar and never told ty them about our dogs!!! She's wrong! Also, I had to clean out the prior guest's food left in the refrigerator. I had to (for the 3rd time with this refrigerator) defrost and clean it up before being able to use it. I had to clean the Jetted bathtub before we could use it as well, The coffee maker still had an old use coffee pod left in it! There was only 1 coffee pod for 2 guests. The room was dirty!! It was, by far, the worst experience at this hotel for me and my family. The staff was so rude, the room was dirty and expensive and I don't appreciate being called a liar!! I have a screenshot Of my message telling the hotel about my dogs so I'm not w "liar" as she stated!! I want a refund for my one-night stay! I will never go back!!!
