Clean room, good price.

Liked: The rooms were clean, A/C worked well, pool was fantastic! Great price, short drive from most attractions.
Disliked: Bathroom needs updating. Did not realize that the hotel had 2 seperate locations. Would have been nice to know since we were meeting with family there and ended up getting rooms in seperate buildings, maybe a 2-3 minute drive between but still. Also, there are no elevators and the stairwells were VERY hot.

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: We booked the king room with a hot tub, however it was not cleaned properly prior to our stay. There were spiders in EVERY CORNER! cobwebs everywhere and a giant spider that ran back under the headboard when we got close. I understand the room is on the corner of the ground floor allowing bugs to enter…but it was clear that the room had not been cleaned recently due to the amount of spiders visible. The shower head was filthy with hard water and the towel rack on the bathroom cupboard was grimy and had fingerprints. The box springs on the bed were gross and barely covered by a sheet. When I told the receptionist my concerns he shrugged and said the previous tenants likely left the door open allowing the spiders in. When I asked about my refund, he told me it was up to the third party (booking.com) and that he could not guarantee a refund. Luckily I was refunded the full amount, but he was lacking all customer service skills. CHECK YOUR ROOMS THOROUGHLY!!!

Liked: Accessibility for 80+ age to the walk-in shower, comfortable bed, overall price
Disliked: Wiggly handrail at front desk "cabin" ... 3 or 4 steps up but handrail loose: unsafeDespite handicapped accessibility with the shower, the steps to the room and even the ramp to the room were a struggle (ramp uphill).Also, room dark with only 2 outlets

Disliked: The place was nice from the outside but never got to go in and stay the night. My husband and I booked this hotel in the morning of a long travel day, making sure to double/triple check the age requirement. I’m just under 21, so I look closely to how old you have to be to book a room. This one told me you had to be at least 18, but when we finally got there at 10pm, we were told to leave because we couldn’t stay the night, saying we had to be 21, and didn’t give us much help. I checked the site afterwards to make sure I wasn’t crazy, and it still said 18. We were left to find something else late at night with little time, due to the site telling us we were old enough. I know we’re younger and there are age restrictions, but I’m married and we were led astray. I was just disappointed with the service we were given and wanted to make sure no body else fell into that same confusion.
