Liked: clean cozy rooms, good location in lostwiethel, friendly staff.
Disliked: nothing, it was perfect for what we needed as a couple visiting my family and needing a hotel due to lack of room.

Not for families

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The size of the family room was really small, there was no space for kids to play at all. There was only shower for our room but we would prefer a room with bath as it was shown on the pictures. The cleanliness could be better too, we found hair in the shower, dirt on the sink, stain on the towel. There is not enough space in the room for personal belongings, specially for a family.For breakfast you need to order the hot food, cold food is self serviced. Breakfast was tasty, but there was no butter available. Dinner was a bit dissapointing. There were only a few options for dinner and 1 was already not available. We asked for gammon, and been told after there is no peas, but we could get something else instead. It took more than 40 mins to get our dinner even if there were only 5-6 other people in the restaurant. At the end the eggs were undercooked, gammon overcooked, chips were soaked in oil, and the pizza (which was free for kids) tasted like rubber. With 2 drinks we paid £50, didn't worth the price at all.It is a nice place to have a sleep over, but would not recommend for longer stay or for families at all.
