The room was not cleaned. I found glass ring marks on the desk which I cleaned off. The walls and furniture was dirty. The bathroom fan was broken and a tissue was stuffed in the spot. The fan didn't even work. There was tape left on the bathroom wall from someone's clothes. The cabinets were sticky.
Liked: Staff personnel was very friendly.
Disliked: The room was very dirty and smelled like old smoke.

Disliked: Michael the manager is a very good person, but the employees who stay late have a terrible attitude, especially VOX from the front desk and SHEA. They have a very bad attitude. You feel like you are staying at the hotel for free. In short, those two people especially make you feel like you should never return to the place and not even think about recommending it.

Liked: Location was great! We were visiting Fishkill Bethel and Patterson Bethel and it wasn’t too far. We could travel to get necessities from nearby stores. Breakfast was great, there was a variety of fruit and hot proteins, juices and packaged goods. Parking was convenient. I really liked the walk to breakfast with the kids every morning, being able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine as well as the pool.
Disliked: I didn’t like the lack of lighting in the bathroom area. I couldn’t see well enough so I utilized the mirror in my car to put on my facial products and style my hair.

Would not recommend
Disliked: I was deeply dissatisfied with my stay. The property is clearly in disrepair—peeling paint all over and trash bags left by staff outside the door reflects poor upkeep and a lack of pride in presentation.More troubling was the complete breakdown in communication. At check-in, I was assured a one-hour late checkout would be no problem. Yet the next morning, while assisting my disabled son, two separate housekeepers—neither of whom spoke English—attempted to enter before the agreed time. The in-room phone didn’t work, making it impossible to clarify the situation.Eventually, the front desk called to say I’d be charged $20 because housekeeping (again, unable to communicate) claimed I was extending my stay. I explained, again, what I was told at check-in, but was met with indifference.This experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful. I will not be returning and cannot recommend your establishment.Sincerely,

Liked: We thought it was clean and liked the outdoor amenities.
Disliked: Bed Pillows were too small and were not clean. We had to go out and purchase pillows and pillow covers for our stay.
