Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites

The room was not cleaned. I found glass ring marks on the desk which I cleaned off. The walls and furniture was dirty. The bathroom fan was broken and a tissue was stuffed in the spot. The fan didn't even work. There was tape left on the bathroom wall from someone's clothes. The cabinets were sticky.

Liked: Staff personnel was very friendly.
Disliked: The room was very dirty and smelled like old smoke.

Liked: Pool was clean and whole grounds well maintained. The accommodation are 2 floor apartments with full kitchen. The breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The kitchen was very minimally stocked, although the nice front desk staff supplied us with a bottle opener.

Liked: The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the breakfast staff - Darla was wonderful and so kind! The breakfast was actually very good, with dairy free milk as an option. The room was spacious and clean. The grounds were well kept and the pool was clean and a nice temperature.
Disliked: This is not the staff's fault so I feel bad complaining, but the other guests were the problem! We smelled marijuana in our room the entire time, even though it's a non-smoking hotel. The people upstairs were loud and partying until after 2 am and kept waking us, even when I put white noise on my phone.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable room.Very well stocked for self catering.Breakfast staff very pleasant and helpful, lovely ladies who were very helpful and informative.
Disliked: Reception could hve been more helpful.Did not like having to ask for room to be cleaned and clean towels - was an 8 night stay!

Liked: The front desk is terrific, always there to help. Rooms are clean, definitely convenient to my work place..
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: The staff was really unfriendly especially SHEA and VOX does two employees make you feel uncomfortable with the attitude they have

Disliked: Michael the manager is a very good person, but the employees who stay late have a terrible attitude, especially VOX from the front desk and SHEA. They have a very bad attitude. You feel like you are staying at the hotel for free. In short, those two people especially make you feel like you should never return to the place and not even think about recommending it.
