Best Western Fishers/Indianapolis Area

Disliked: The registration girl was rude.

The staff was very helpful - especially the recommendation to take a cab to the Keith Urban concert at the Klipsch Center.

Great location, very welcoming, helpful...

Liked: This BW is a great location for my business trips in the area, the room was very clean and neat, everything was in working order and the bed quite comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I will stay here again!
Disliked: Really no issues. The hotel was quite full on the night I stayed, looked like youth athletics in the area, so when I returned late after my business meeting, the lots were pretty full, so I had to drive around awhile to find an open parking spot, some distance from the hotel, but helped me to get my steps in for the day!

Nice hotel

Liked: Nice hotel. The staff were pleasant and it was clean. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a noise machine. The freeway noise was quite loud on our side of the hotel.

Disliked: I did NOT LIKE that I was charged $11.50 more at the hotel than what booking said it would be. That made me mad. No fan in bathroom.

Slightly Disappointed

Liked: It was an okay stay.
Disliked: Pool was outdoors, got a Spa Bath with King Bed and Spa Bath doesn't work anymore in the whole facility. Breakfast was very limited.
