Liked: Thank you to the customer service representative who upgraded my room! It was a blessing after a long day of back-to-back conferences. That is one of the reasons I will only stay at this hotel—not for the upgraded room, but for the excellent customer service.

Liked: Breakfast is always exceptional, beds &’pillows are always firm, clean and super comfortable
Disliked: Had an outside room this time, which I didn’t know what difference was @ time, we had an inside room last time and I wasn’t aware of outside rooms, prefer inside.. didn’t wanna complain but now I know what to ask for
