Liked: We have stayed there many times, it is clean , very comfortable beds bd pillows , good breakfast, quiet.
Disliked: On the rest of our stays i would rate very highly your television that has the ability to watch youtubetv, so i can watch recorded shows from home . On this stay the wifi didn’t work in my room, so no tv. When i told the desk on my first day he didnt fix the issue and seemed like i was disturbing him. The next morning i spoke to another desk employee that i would be gone for a few hours please have it fixed, when i returned it worked for a few minutes then would freeze. I told a third person that evening. The next morning i checked out i explained what happened, especially pointing out we have stayed here many times and would rank it very high, so confused what happened this time. I don’t expect perection, but i expect people to care and try to help, and if they can’t then find someone that can fix the issue, that didn’t happen talkig to three assocites. When i asked, what credit did they put on he bill for a disappointing stay, i was told sorry you booked from a third party. I said from the time i got here till the time i leave i am not surprised by the andwer nothing i can do to help. Perhaps let me give you a card or let me make a note to your account next stay you can have 2 days on us. But sorry nothing i can do, definitely a poor answer

Our stay here was wonderful!...

Liked: Super close to BGSU campus. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had since before covid - waffle maker was working - red skinned seasoned potatoes - yum!!! I felt like the front desk staff went out of their way talking to me giving me tidbits about the area. Wish I remembered their names but they were working July 27 at 330 when we checked in!
Disliked: Little dated decor

Great location next to BGSU....

Liked: Clean rooms, comfy beds and great breakfast.
Disliked: Could sometimes hear the people below us.
