Liked: Lovely clean hotel as spacious what we needed . The staff made its difference . Warm welcoming , and helping with bags to the room, sam was exceptional. Everyone time we wanted to go out he helps with options and very accommodating… he is asset to the hotel. We would recommend the hotel , I would give a 10 due to value, service and cleanliness …We have stayed previously in other hotels in Exmouth , this is now far best we will be returning back for another short break.
Disliked: No options to dine in the hotel for evening , not everybody would like to go out …

Exceptional

Considering the location, price of...

Liked: Clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Bathroom was outdated to say the least and hot water for shower took a short eternity to come through.

Perfect for what we needed...

Liked: Didn't have breakfast but location of hotel was perfect for our night out.
Disliked: No rear entrance for when parking around the back for Customers.
