Great for a quick trip

Liked: Staff was awesome and friendly. Breakfast was nice and room spacious.
Disliked: The bed was slightly uncomfortable and almost too firm.

It was a clean hotel...

Liked: Nice location and great breakfast.
Disliked: No problem with the hotel. Problem with booking.com. I booked three rooms and one was declined by booking.com. I had to pay for it a second time. I contacted booking.com and got the run a round. Been almost a month and have not received my refund of $114.99. Will not be using booking.com again.

Overall the stay was not...

Liked: The room was clean and nice and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very nice with smiling and friendly servers! The Grill is in walking distance so I didn't have to move my car at all. The food, the atmosphere, and the service was outstanding! That's a big plus! Hats off to the staff at Best Western and to staff at The Grill! It was all service with a smile from the time that they opened the doors for us coming in until they repeated the hospitality on the way out. It made our dining and our stay very pleasurable.
Disliked: The rooms are all on the outside which I didn't pay attention to when I was booking. I just read the reviews. The pool has only one way available to the guests to get to it and that is through the lobby. You also have to reserve the pool to use it. That was a deal breaker!

Bad

Liked: The staff was nice. The manager over the place was an a******.
Disliked: My sister sheets was put on her bed wet. And her room had a bad smell. We tried to explain that to the manager and he didn't want to hear it, so I will not be staying here again. We left and he gave us our money back.

Overall it was a good...

Liked: Very spacious and comfortable bed.
Disliked: The deposit is too high! The property doesn’t mention a deposit on the booking.com app! It would be nice to know the fee upfront!
