Clean!!!!

Liked: The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. My husband and I had booked a room here after leaving the La Quinta in Hobbs because the room they gave us over there was NASTY! The rooms here were 10x better and CLEANER!
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the door to our room. We had to swipe the key card 3-5 times before we could enter the room.

Town is best characterized as...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Hobbs. The town is relatively small, so that's not saying much, but it is easy to find. The rooms were well appointed and the free continental breakfast was OK.
Disliked: There was apparently an "egg machine" present, but I couldn't figure out which device it was. It appeared there were two waffle irons, but I suspect one of them was intended for eggs. The DirecTV remote didn't control the operation of the television, so I couldn't plug in my laptop to watch programs from my laptop.
