Liked: It was local
Disliked: The mold in the bath tub, the roach that has to be killed, pool closes at 7 and Sam the front desk clerk is unpleasant. Also my bf (who checked in)is a below the knee amputee and we were put on the second floor.

Liked: My note stated breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m. but they were packing it up at 9 when I went down that morning. Therefore nothing was really on the bar at the time I went.
Disliked: I did not have an issue with anything . Except there were no towels in ,y room when I checked in but the front desk person did get me some right away when I notified him ,

Left a day early and...

Disliked: Nothing front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never in office always sitting by the pool! I will never stay here again nor a best western again.

Get what you pay for...

Liked: It is close to everything as it’s in the main city. I like they allow dogs.
Disliked: Staff aren’t the friendliest as if they hate having to work. The room was “remodeled” but you can tell all they did was remove carpet and change beds. My room floor was dirty. Dog found a fry under the desk and ate it. Childs toy behind the bed. Dirt and crumbs in various places. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. typical powdered eggs but they served Debbie donuts out the package instead of actual pastries.

Liked: Convenience to family we were visiting.Dog friendly.
Disliked: The property needs updating. Also, I tried to call several times with questions before arrival and couldn't get an answer. I learned after arrival that no one was monitoring the front desk until late in the day around check-in time. When we were checking out, someone was present. As we were leaving, I told him the public rest room needed attention. He either didn't understand or wasn't concerned.(There was diarrhea left in a toilet and one stall door latch was broken.)The motel met our needs for an overnight stay with our dog but I don't think we would choose it again.
