Liked: I typically stay at Best Westerns when I travel. I like the amenities offered at most of your hotels.
Disliked: Difficult to get onto the property. The entrance wasn’t clear and I had to circle around twice to find the right parking lot.

Liked: didn't eat. staff was very nice. parking was easy. location very good.
Disliked: Sometime between 11 and 12 pm there was a heavy burning smell and then a large , noisy machine in the hallway only 2 doors down to do the cleanup. There was no notice nor explanation. Caused some concern and very unpleasant smell and noise.

Liked: I was familiar with this property because I have stayed there numerous times before while visiting my son at UR
Disliked: The smoke alarm started to beep at 1:30 am, mostly likely because the batteries were dying. I called the front desk and they simply told me there was nothing they could do about it because maintenance. I’ll be available until the next day. I told him I could not sleep with it beeping every minute. I asked if it was hardwired as well as batteries because if I took the batteries out, it might activate fire department. She told me to go ahead and give it a try. I messed around for about 45 minutes until I figured out how to get it to stop beeping. I didn’t get back to sleep till after 3:30AM and had to get up at 6:30 the next morning. I told numerous people at the front desk, but nobody seem to care that I paid for a night of rest and I didn’t get it due to their equipment, failure, and lack of willingness to fix it.
