Superb

Not staying at Nest Western...

Liked: Easy to get to from 95. Super easy and convenient to a Starbucks, gas, convenient store
Disliked: We put towels on floor because it felt dirty. Did not want to stand on carpet. Sink was clogged. We had to park in no parking area in front of dumpsters because there was no parking.

Passable

Liked: The staff was great. Location was great.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better. The beds weren't really comfortable.

Unpleasant, got what we paid...

Liked: Room was good size for just the two of us. Didn’t feel cramped.
Disliked: There was absolutely no parking. Most spots taken up by trucks/trailers. Front desk staff not friendly and very blunt. Barely said 5 words to us. The fire alarms went off twice in one night because someone was taking a shower. First time at 12:30am second time at 1:30am! Pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Second night we got back late from a wedding and neither one of our keys worked. Had to go down to the front desk and he would only fix one of the keys. Shower was filled with hair, and the curtain rod was partly ripped out of the wall so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed while trying to shower.

Pleasant

Liked: The location es excelent, easy to get to, many stores close by at walking destance. The price was decent and affordable. The hotel was clean and in the room everything worked properly, except one of the beds that was sunken in the middle, but we made it work.
Disliked: The pool was not heated as advertised, when we told the staff they did not do anything, they just said that it was a 80 degress and did not even go to verify if there was a problem. The water was ice cold, the 3 families that were there including us left fast as the water was unberable. The night of the thursday a guest set the fire alarm of twice very late at night, the only man that was at the hotel, the only staff that I saw, did not even say sorry, we did not get to sleep that night, had to get down the stares twice!!!! At check out I stated my case he only said there was nothing that we can do. He did not care of the horrible night we had. Nothing!!!! I paid for a room to rest, that did not happen and nobody seemed to care. I have another reservation for next week, I will be canceling and going to another hotel, I will not be doing bussines with a hotel that the staff is not willing to do anything for me, even more when I am not at fault.
