Liked: excellent place and staff is very friendly and professional

Liked: We loved the breakfast eggs were good the potatoes i know did not come just from a bag some one really added a home fried touch to it , just like the sausage it was browned just tight , and the danish that was offered was not from a factory plastic bagged , it was more like it came from bakery
Disliked: The only thing that I personally dislike is, the breakfast was great but then you spoiled it by making us use plastic utensils, and what’s worse is it the cheap plastic ones

Best western used to be...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.
Disliked: In bad repair .. tv didn’t work, WiFi unusable slow, shower curtain falling off the wall.

Liked: I liked everything about it
Disliked: I didn’t like how me and my mom was told after we checked in settled in left and came back that we would have to wake up at 8am to move cars because of paving and we drove all the way from Durham the guy could have let us know before we even checked in that was the only complaint I had other than that everything was great

Liked: It was clean, bed was comfortable
Disliked: The night person who checked us in was not pleasant at all. Actually kind of rude. The day person was pleasantThe toilet was not working, clogged, wouldn’t flush. They were unable to move our room stating they were full. Not sure if that was correct or not. So we just went to bed and got up and left the next morning. Reported it to the morning desk person who was very nice.

Liked: It was in a great location. Convenient to get to many stores and restaurants
Disliked: Walking into the room it smelled like mold. The carpet look like it hasn’t been vacuumed or touched since the grand opening of the hotel. When asked to switch room we were denied because the manager said the hotel was booked but that was false information. We was basically lied to. The holding fee($200) was more than the room. No towels in the pool area so I had to walk to the front desk with my shivering children to ask for towels. Overall the stay wasn’t pleasant at all. This would be my first and last time staying there. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone
