Disliked: The over draft on my checking account

Fine for one night

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Ice maker on 3 didn’t work. Apparently another one did but I didn’t find it. The pool was a greenish color and not open the day of checkout. Chose it because of the pool so that was a bummer.

Disliked: Well, I was asked by housekeeping if I wanted any services done. I politely told them no a number of times. I went out right after, I came back a few hours later and I saw that new towels were put into my room. I was very appreciative of this, but I unfortunately got paranoid that things were taken from my room (as this has happened to me before at a different hotel). Luckily none of my belongings were taken, and like I said I do appreciate the new towels...in the future, if a guest says no service, please respect it.

Disliked: Someone hit my car in the parking lot went to ask the manager if he could roll the camera to see what happened so I can make a police report,guess what the cameras don’t work. The manager was no kind of help didn’t even look at me while talking he just did not care or did he try to help being from out of town. Drug addicts sit in the lobby and use drugs so I would never come back to this hotel nor the state of ct.
