Very satisfying

Liked: Convenience, eatery near
Disliked: Run out of coffee in the morning, was told didn’t have anymore after first pot

Room was clean and staff...

Liked: I liked that the property was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Not enough parking for the amount of rooms an a full night if you come in late but had a shell lot next door that was able to be used

Would have been great if...

Liked: Location to my venue. Bed was comfortable. Had ice box and microwave. Staff on site (2 front desk attendants that alternated shifts) were extremely nice and helpful. Even tho my wake up call was 30mins. late being they were nice and I happened to wake up on my own. I won’t hold that against them.
Disliked: It was unclean. There was hair all over everything. In the bath tub, on the commode, on the comforter and when we pulled back the sheets to go to bed there was small hairs like eye laches or pubic hair between the sheets. There was also a few light spots of something on the sheets that were not stains. I had to call the front desk to see if there was more sheets. I brought the dirty ones up and remade the bed and we slept in hoodies with the new clean sheets and didn’t use a comforter. I had someone bring me and my daughter a blanket to use the next night and my daughter wouldn’t sleep with a pillow. That is crazy for the $285 we spent. I could have went to the days inn and cleaned it myself and saved some money.

Liked: Breakfast was average,Breakfast area was very small.LOcation of hotel was very good.Staff was super friendly and helpful.Hotel was quiet.
Disliked: We asked for nonsmoking room but the smoke smell was very strong.Parking was a little tight. I thought the cost was high for the value.

Disliked: Our room wasn’t as clean as we are accustomed to. At the rate of $155/night, it should’ve been much better. Our friends had bedbugs in their room and had to leave!

Superb

Disappointing

Liked: Nothing. I’m so disappointed of this place. Best western are usually nice but this was not.
Disliked: This place don’t have an elevator, you have to go upstairs, and having to go up and downstairs in the cold having a baby and multiple suitcases wasn’t fun. Besides they didn’t have breakfast ready the two days we stayed there. We stayed for two nights and when I came for breakfast around 8am and there was no eggs, no sausage patties, no coffee or milk And I asked the lady on the front and instead of being apologetic for not keeping it up with demand she was very rude about it, until I asked for her name she kinda changed her attitude but she was aggravated because I asked for coffee, then I said “I understand you’re having a bad morning but you don’t have to be rude to me, I’m just a guest and I’m here with my family to attend a funeral” stillShe had a very harsh attitude and I didn’t appreciate that. This place was a disappointment for a best western.
