Liked: I paid $40.00 extra dollard because it had a pool but the pool was not working so I had a dissapointed family
Disliked: The pool was not working and I was not informed when booking so my family was upset!

Liked: The person on duty when we checked in tried to be helpful. We appreciated his efforts.
Disliked: The TV did not work. The telephone did not Work. The soda machine did not work (it ate a dollar of mine which the hotel clerk repaid us out of his own pocket).

Disliked: When I checked in on 6-22-22, I went ahead and added a night for the 24th. When I came in on the 24th after working all day, I found the they had moved all my stuff out of my room and given to some one else and would not do anything to fix the situation.
