The staff was very kind...

Liked: The beds were fine.
Disliked: We had two rooms. Our toilet tank leaked, covering a corner of the bathroom with water. The other room had a loose water faucet which took two hands to turn on. The shower ceiling had a substantial patch of mold and the frame above the window was stained and moldy. The breakfast was not good. Bacon and hash browns were nearly raw.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The cleanliness wasn't very good and the mattress on pull out coach was all stained and dirty. We wouldn't put one of our children on that mattress with how gross it was.

Disliked: Room was ok. Live bug in the shower, carpet was filthy.

Poor

Disliked: Room locks did not work. I had to move to another room because the door lock would not engage. room was open the first day there - anyone could have walked in,After moving to another room - we had to go down stair every day to get the key card rekeyed because then wouldn't work. Commode was stopped up, had to go downstairs for a plunger and did it myself.packaged food in the breakfast area was out of date. (dated Dec 2024)

Liked: Staff was extremely helpful. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Although we had a nice corner room, there had apparently been a leak in the ceiling/roof leaving that corner of the ceiling discolored and in poor repair. Not leaking at the time (although it wasn’t raining so can’t be sure), just unsightly. Also, drapes that close would be helpful as there is a gas station in close proximity with very bright red and white lights. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable.
