The value, location and staff...
Liked: It was easy to find, super quiet and the staff was amazing.
Disliked: It was disgusting. The room stank, the lobby smelled like mildew, mold in the shower, paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling, dirt and brown streaks in the shower, boogers and cigarette burns on the head board (even though it was a non-smoking room) and the floor had crumbs and dirt all over.

Would not stay or recommend...
Liked: Not impressed with much. There was a man dressed as a women that checked us in, who had a very snotty attitude. We didn’t bother going to have breakfast, we’re so turned off by the experience. Place was also near a truck stop type gas station and the noise early morning of trucks leaving prevented any sleep beyond 4 am.
Disliked: Chair and carpet in the room were dirty. The room had a stale stinky smell. Had we not arrived late and already paid for the room, we would not have stayed.

Clean bed.
Liked: Convenient off I95
Disliked: The tub didn’t work for a soak. Behind the toilet wasn’t clean. The rugs were damp, mushy in the room. The hot water didn’t work in the sink.

Non-Binary Busy Road ? TRUMP...
Liked: I mean it wasn’t terrible or nothing. I didn’t care for the exterior shape where every room faces the road and you are subject to the corresponding noise of consistent traffic. It’s not an enclosed building and I especially disliked this. Especially for such a price-no, that’s nuts. My rooms door lock being subject to all things ‘external’ started to have an issue with the new key cards and was flashing colors that indicated it was both open and closed. Come to find out, a little budge and there ya gin-your in. My prescription medication was, in fact, stolen right from out of the room as I’m assuming I was targeted or something. That was a first. I did take note to the rather unpleasant non-binary receptionist who very specifically EXPLAINED that the hotel was NOT responsible for THEFT. He/she singled that particular item out. I hope there wasn’t bad intentions and I’m sure there weren’t , however it was odd. It’s a small town people-wait for Richmond maybe? LoL , I dunno?
Disliked: The noisier traffic night and day, the inconsistent temperature regulator, the broken door, and non-binary person was in fact straight up rude. Just plain rude like she had just taken a bad hormone shot. I don’t need that mess. Act like you care where u work ma’am/sir! Can we say dress code is a little too liberal to be wearing an open blouse suggesting the offerings of a female. That’s not something I care to explain to my confused six year old child!
