It was good besides checking...

Liked: the area felt safe and clean in the room
Disliked: When I arrived, I saw a guy smoking outside and didn't think much of it, assuming he was just another guest. But as I got closer, he asked if I needed to check in, and it turned out he was the front desk clerk. Not a hello or anything, just felt off. Once inside, his attitude was even worse. He was incredibly short with his words, mumbled constantly, and acted like I was bothering him whenever I asked him to repeat himself. His behavior made the whole experience incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable. I’m in my 20’s and know that’s not how you treat any person no matter their age. I get that everyone has bad days, but his customer service was not what i was expecting.

Disliked: Room was not ready, smell, they were treating, hard bed, could hear room above walking around and tv next door. Very busy and loud.

Superb

Liked: Staff was very hospitable. I appreciate the way they welcomed our little Fur baby.
Disliked: The elevator was having troubles. The staff did contact a repair man.

Liked: Breakfast is great. We love the location and stay here often. It is old but clean
Disliked: Front desk person was NOT a people person. We addressed it with the manager the next morning

Disliked: Room had a musty smell. Breakfast eggs and sausage were on the cold side and sausage seemed to be microwaved. Waffle mix dispenser was broken and juice and milk dispensers were both empty.
