A really good stop over...

Liked: We wanted somewhere to stay on the edge of Glasgow and it was ideal. Lovely location surrounded by green open space. Very good room, comfortable bed and decent shower. Restaurant menu had plenty of choice.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Good breakfast. Good location in a nice village. Staff were pleasant. Private parking.
Disliked: Didn't like the shower taps. Very difficult to turn on, to adjust the temperature and to direct the water up for the shower or down for the bath. I asked the duty manager to have a look at it but he assured me there was nothing wrong with it. Not my experience! The room was very small.. the bed took up most of the space.There was no effective reading light.The whole hotel is painted brown which makes it very dull and dingey.
