Brief stopover in Eaglesham

Liked: Good location and friendly staff
Disliked: The room was very small.

Liked: Very nice building inside and out
Disliked: It was a little too dark inside when we first arrived I thought there was a power cut, drinks are very expensive breakfast over priced and didn’t think the room was worth £40 for an upgrade seemed the same as a normal room

Not the best stay

Liked: Location. Used hotel a number of times and do like the ambiance. Staff are helpful. Really nice cosy little bar at back of hotel.Even though functions are on there is never any noise issues.
Disliked: No hot water in room. Definate noises through the night, fans, refrigeration unit or laundry next to or under room. Checked with staff around 1am. They remarkably heard or knew of nothing.Had to report again next morning and duty manager did get us another room. But still water runs luke warm and cold. Staff were helpful.

Liked: Absolutely everything, staff are great , helpful , food is excellent and the rooms are of high standards
