Good

Liked: It was a nice hotel. 2nd year we've stayed there. It was busy this time compared to last time.
Disliked: There was a ball tournament and it was loud. The room next to our couple had a dog that barked half the night.

Clean, comfortable bed with good...

Liked: I liked the location and having coffee available 24 hours. Breakfast had good scrambled eggs.
Disliked: The front desk staff did not make any gestures to make one feel welcomed. The hotel does NOT have an elevator and the staff did not indicate this until after we had checked in. It was clear that there were few people staying the night we checked in but we were given a room in the middle of the second floor which was inconvenient. Our tv in our room did not work and we requested help but the staff was not able to fix the issue after two visits to our room. This person offered to move us to another room but we were already completed unpacked and in our pajamas. This person told us to speak to the manager the next morning but when I tried to do so the next morning, I was told no manager would be in that day. I explained why I wanted to talk with a manager. The front desk staff started asking me interrogating type questions as if I was fabricating the issue about the tv. No apology given or attempt to offer any redemption of any sort to accommodate this disappointment.

Our stay was great even...

Liked: I love the location of the hotel. The birthday note was great! Free breakfast, parking and WiFi! Most importantly the pool wasn’t cold. The room was really clean.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little small but it wasn’t a big deal.

Liked: Really nothing
Disliked: Smelled like wer dog as soon as walk in door. Room was ok. Toilet felt like it was going to fall through floor. Bedding was terrible. Pillows were terrible. Possibly fleas in room. Woke up with bites on us. Breakfast was disgusting.
