Liked: Son enjoyed the pool though the water was cold.
Disliked: the room, carpet and bedding were dirty. Had to have staff come in and clean and change the sheets on both beds..

Disliked: 1. Made me pay again. Even though I already paid on booking.com. I have to do a great deal of finding information and contacting my credit card company. I showed your staff my bank account where I paid and my booking where it also showed I paid. Now I have to jump hoops to get my money back.2. Your safety lock on your door, the chain..did not reach far enough to secure 3. Concerned over safety of building, door was Propped Open. People going in and out, should only be using main doors4. Water was not hot when I showered

Disappointing

Liked: It was a reasonable price, but not worth the $ since the amenities were lacking.
Disliked: The room was o.k. We were disappointed with the lack of care from the staff. When I mentioned there was no ice in the ice machine, they said they knew about it. It was a new machine that hadn't been hooked up yet. They did not offer any solution. The breakfast choices were minimal. It is difficult to get in and and out of the property.

I will not return and...

Liked: The only thing decent about the breakfast was the coffee and free banana
Disliked: The rooms furniture was dusty, and there were food particles on the desk and lamp and on top of the sitting chair. The toilet would only fill up all the way to the rim of the seat before it would go back down after a few minutes and then it would empty into the bathtub which was unusable. Waste and water continue to flow into the bathtub front desk. Staff was notified.
