Very good

We won't be coming back.

Liked: It was clean. Desk staff very nice. She carried my bags upstairs since there was no elevator.
Disliked: No elevator. Bed was comfortable, but the mattress would slide across the metal frame, exposing the edge of the frame. I hit my knees on it several times. The TV was not on any channels, nothing but snow, so just turned it off. I was told there was either a new air conditioner or a new remote on the wall. In the morning the conditions was very loud. The breakfast selection was small.

Disliked: A steep staircase to our room

Liked: The Room was up to date and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff was amazing and very helpful.
Disliked: The toiletries could have been a little bigger there was hardly enough for 2 people, and Breakfast would have been nice for 3hrs instead of 2hr. the room was a little small for the price.

Overall, good place to stay!

Liked: The front desk staff was great! We were we able to bring our dog with us for $20, so that was wonderful. Having breakfast included is always a plus. Also, the A/C worked great which was much needed during the summer!
Disliked: We had to stay in the "Conference Room" building which was fine except that we were on the second floor which was kind of a hassle. No elevator. When carrying luggage, it's pretty inconvenient to have to carry thing up 20+ steps.
