Very good

Liked: The service people were a big help.
Disliked: The bed needs thicker sheets. I would prefer a cool room with thick sheets than a hot room with thin sheets

Disliked: The air conditioner making too much noise. I showed the staff a video of the loud noisy ac and they did nothing. Couldn't sleep.And beds weren't clean or pressed.. was crushed bed cover.Breakfast was blunt and gets over by 8am.. which is very bad.
