Liked: Large suite. Quiet room facing inner courtyard.
Disliked: Check-in fiasco where they charged us for someone else's room, and then 3 staff and the manager took about 30 minutes to rectify. Not in Downtown despite the name. Bland room.

Disappointing.

Disliked: We showed up only to find that the air conditioner was broken, the hotel carpets were smelly and dirty, and the toilet would not stop running. When we brought up these issues, they only gave us the option of an additional room at full price, on top of the cost of the original room which we couldn't stay in.. We did not stay at the hotel, but had to find another place last minute after a long day.
