Affordable and good location for...
Liked: Comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location fm95. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Room was clean but the whole carpet was quite damp. Throughout the night, most of it dried - just by the A/C unit it was still damp.

Liked: Close to I-95 and Kings Dominion
Disliked: Upon arrival the clerk wasn’t nice she snatched my card from my hand. She was very rude. Other than that the stay was good.

Nasty Hotel
Liked: Only good thing was the walking distance to Kings Dominion.
Disliked: Our hotel bathroom floor smelled like urine. Like no one cleaned it in months. Or ever ! No internet at the hotel and no TV!!!! The shower curtain did not cover the shower so water spilled all over the bathroom floor and the toilets are made for really small people. Like a dwarf or midget. Or a childs toilet. This was the worst hotel experience ever !! Staff was not helpful and not very friendly!

Great location could be better.
Liked: Location to Kings Dominion.
Disliked: The housekeeping needs to have more attention to detail when cleaning. The toilets weren't "clean", AC had mildew, and around the refrigerator was dusty.

Liked: The room was fine. Was clean. Smelled a little like smoke despite being non smoking.
Disliked: The check in staff told me they needed a card for "incidentals" I handed her the card over the counter, she put it in the machine herself, assured me it wouldn't be charged and then charged it anyway when I wanted to pay on cash. Was not apologetic in the slightest.
