Liked: The staff was great. The location was awesome, just 5 minutes to Kings Dominion. It was a great stay.

Disliked: Tissue box empty. Bath drain clogged with hair. No tv channels.

Liked: It was very new and clean. Our room smelled fresh.
Disliked: I paid in advance and was charged again when I got there. I talked to the staff about my concern and she said don't worry it's only pending!! The TV didn't work which wasn't a big deal to us because we don't use it. When I informed them when we left they acted like we did something to it.

Another great Best Western Stay

Liked: This hotel has recently been refurbished and is in really nice shape. We had a small problem in the bathroom and since it was late, maintenance people weren't around. The gentleman at the front desk came to our room and was able to fix the issue. He certainly went above and beyond his position and I thank him for wonderful customer service. Have to say, Best Western has one of the most affordable pet fees. This was also really appreciated. I find Best Westerns to always deliver for overnight stays. This one definitely did not disappoint. Also - good location with food choices near by.
Disliked: The breakfast was just okay.

Liked: Everything was satisfactory. Staff, breakfast was good, room was clean. I will stay here again when I visit Kings Dominion
