Liked: Nothing. When I arrived I was told they had no running water. When I asked to get a refund and cancel I was told I couldn’t do that since I had booked through a third party. I was left sitting in the lobby crying my eyes out with my two children after having driven 7 hours and hoping to get some rest and relaxation.
Disliked: There was no running water, no one at the facility contacted me beforehand to let me know that they had no running water. I asked to cancel and receive a refund and was told I couldn’t not since I booked through a third party. Why would I stay somewhere where I can flush the toilet or take a shower?!!! After sitting in their reception area crying my eyes out with my two children I was granted my request but still have yet to receive that refund. The fact that nobody contacted me beforehand to say they had no running water is concerning and misleading business practice.

Disliked: This was our second stay at this property. The first visit was very pleasant and comfortable...so we decided yo stay again. This visit was disappointing. The room #234 was clean, however, the carpet was heavily stained and dirty. The bedding was lacking. The pillows were floppy and the bedspread had no weight and was not warm at all. So disappointed.
