Exceptional Customer Service

Liked: Hayden, the gentleman who checked us in, was absolutely exceptional. I don't think we've ever had better customer service anyway. I had completely messed up our reservation (it was our anniversary, we go every year, and stayed there the night we got married). Not only was Hayden kind and understanding about me messing up the reservation, he gave us an upgrade. When I visit Nanaimo for business or leisure, I'll never stay anywhere else. 5 stars put of 5. Thank you, Hayden.
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about at all. Even the weather was good!

Bathroom could have been cleaner....

Liked: It was very lovely and easy to book, bright clean rooms, super comfy bed had an amazing sleep!!
Disliked: Didn't like that there was no breakfast included with our stay, other then that everything was great
