Staff was very friendly and helpful; beds were comfy and rooms clean.

Would stay again.

Liked: The location had great access to our purpose. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean
Disliked: No fridge??The pool did not look particularly clean.

Liked: It was outdated. It's a dinosaur themed hotel for little kids, that's all. Just not geared for a family with teenagers.

Old, thin walls, hard bed.

Liked: Outdoor Pool was nice
Disliked: Beds are so hard. Couldn’t sleep at all. Walls are thin, we could hear entire conversations next door and in the halls. Bathroom is super small. No elevator so had to take the stairs ( which is fine BUT) they are old and LOUD, you could hear everyone walking up and down them in the night.

Good

Liked: The staff were wonderful. We got in late, and the room they had for us was not pet free. They upgraded us to a suite for the night. The next day, we moved to another room for the remaining 5 nights.
Disliked: There was no elevator to the second floor. The cleaning products they use are extremely strong. Breakfast was good, but it was the same every day.
