Liked: Breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: Climbing two floors to get to our room was a bit too much. The room and toilet were very basic. I did not expect it from Best Western. As we got the room on the top floor, the slanted ceilings were a bit of a hazard!

it was ok but i will look for other options next time i am in Newark

Liked: the room was clean and location convenient, the staff were very pleasant and parking easy
Disliked: evening meal food was dissapointing, cheese burger with 11 chip and the cheese simply grated over the burger, not even melted. toileteries not replaced for 2nd day by room service and its odd having too order breakfast the night before as i don't know how hungry i will be in the morning.

Wouldnt stay here again due to really bad night sleep .Not being in the same room as friends as we had booked .

Disliked: Property was a little run down . Had to walk up three flights of stairs . Didnt get room that was ordered . Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Smoke alarm flashing all night . Paper thin walls , could hear lots of noise . Faulty landing light which kept coming on/off all night . Not a lot of parking spaces .
