A nice stay.

Liked: The room is spacious. The breakfast service is nice. I like the waffles and the hard boiled eggs. We stayed in a room facing the back of the building so it was quiet.
Disliked: The carpet can use some cleaning. It looks clean but my son's socks turned black after walking on it. This is the same issue that I found on another guest's review.One morning I did hear airplane noise but the rest days are fine.

Superb

Liked: The hotel location was close to places that we wanted to visit:The Monterey Bay aquarium, cannery row shops/restaurants, the scenic ocean view drive, 17 mile drive, beaches.
Disliked: Breakfast included with our stay was good, it would be even better if there were more choices for protein: scrambled eggs and sausages.

Liked: Great big room for our family of 6. Comfortable with everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly.
