It was nice and comfortable...

Liked: The breakfast was always good. The people running it always kept the food there.
Disliked: Your fitness center lacks weights or anything else (bands, jump ropes, etc). I also walked at night and the light goes out after 2 minutes on the treadmill, so I had to get off every 2 minutes.

Extremely disappointing. False advertising about...

Liked: The night auditor was friendly after he noticed I was waiting at the front desk to check in.
Disliked: I chose this hotel because it advertised pet friendly with Wi-Fi which I needed for work, only to find out upon arrival that the internet and cable had been down for some time due to severed fiber optics with no estimate for repair. The room was in poor condition, with what appeared to be blood on the bath mat, hair and debris in the tub, and damaged furniture. On top of that, the front desk was not present while I was loading my vehicle to check out so I could discuss issues, making the overall experience frustrating and not worth the almost $150.
