Liked: Hotel is in a nice location near quite a few stores and near the highway
Disliked: Was not as clean as a best western should be. Got served by a barefoot lady wearing no company apparel and did not seem like she wanted to be there, floors were dirty and the food was cooked by the same barefoot lady with no hairnet and no gloves. There was a hair in the gravy. Really added to the Dallas experience but would like less hair in the gravy next time.
