A comfortable stay close to...

Liked: The location was great with a beautiful view of the river from the pool. The pool area was nice. Good location for swimming with manatees
Disliked: They gave us a room that faced the river but it was under construction meaning there wasn't a view with all kinds of debris and caution tape. I wish they would have told us that before booking.

Good stay, will come again.

Liked: Location is great.Rooms looked a bit renovated, all ok.From the hotel area you can go with kayak to see/swim with manatees.Pool ok and bubble bath (warm).
Disliked: Rooms were parfumed via electricity. No need for that.Shop was closed in the morning. A pity with kids.

Disliked: Musty smell permeated through all of our items/clothes luggage. Staff came in to change towels, but nothing else. We were there for six nights, and never had the sheets/bed made.

Liked: Room was so nicely decorated, clean and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: For the price paid, there should be complimentary coffee in the rooms-- if not in the rooms then the lobby for guests. I know there is a coffee shop in the lobby so this is probably why they don't do it but the price for the rooms should include the basics that cheaper motels/hotels provide. Also, the price for a bagel sandwich in the AM was much higher than other places.

Liked: We loved everything! The pool and hot tub were amazing, our room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was close to all activities.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
