Liked: The staff is very friendly and polite. I liked that they will keep your luggage before you check in and after you've checked out so you don't have to carry it with you or find another place. The room was big and comfortable. The bed was great
Disliked: I was on the first floor and there was noise coming from outside almost all night, from people yelling and talking very loudly. All the windows were closed but I could still hear everything. I would definitely go back, but I'd ask for a different room

Disappointed for the standard for...

Disliked: People on the street outside the entrance of the hotel trying to sell you drugs, air conditioning was broken, the bath was leaking when taking a shower, corridor was left in a mess when we arrived at 21:00. No sound proofing so you can hear people in the corridor. Parking was not explained on the website clearly, so had to pay out €24.60 for overnight parking..overall very disappointing

Liked: The cleanliness, the lady at the breakfast was very attentive and sweet.
Disliked: The rooms were really hot… The front desk employee during our ckeck in on our second stay wasn’t polite at all…

Good hotel with large rooms...

Liked: Well located directly across from the side entrance to the main railway station in Turin, and rooms are enormous by Europe standards
Disliked: The heating in my room was faulty, but I was only there for 1 night..
