Liked: It was very clean if not a little old. Might need to update at some stage. The spa wasn’t in the best condition with holes in it. It still worked ok but I’m guessing not for much longer unless fixed properly. We stayed in the crystal room. (13). Made it to the halfway point of. For the money it was excellent value. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Needs a bit of work but for the money it was great value.

Liked: Easy booking and lovely staff.
Disliked: The room was dated and large stain on carpet.

Superb

Very dated accommodations but clean...

Liked: Room was spacious, king bed was very comfortable. Balcony was untidy & univiting.Booked the king spa suite 3 months prior but on arrival was given the key to a totally different room. Conversed with reception staff regarding the down grade & was ultimately given the correctly paid for & booked accommodation.
Disliked: Look thoroughly at your booking accommodations.Don’t assume that your guests will accept a change in their accommodations.
