Best Western Crown Inn & Suites

Liked: This hotel came up as a one star hotel when I booked it but it was way nicer than that. The staff was great; the room was clean; beds were comfortable; the breakfast in the morning was very good. I would stay there again if I am ever in Batavia, NY.

Dissatisfied

Liked: I liked that the hotel was close to the highway.
Disliked: I didn't like that my room door wouldn't lock when you closed it up and I reported it to them and they waited until I was about to leave the morning before to fix it. If I didn't use the dead bolt lock to feel safe anyone could have come in my room just by opening without a key card cause I did. The pool and spa was out of service and that was disappointing because I could have found and paid for another hotel cheaper that had a pool and spa. Dissatisfied!

Disliked: Didn't get fresh towels or wash cloths. Wasn't a bathmat to put on floor when getting out of shower. About the only thing.

Disliked: Room photo showed a tub. Upon checking in, staff said no rooms have tubs. After 12 hours of driving that was a feature I purposefully selected this hotel for. Please update the listing. Breakfast employee was helpful and friendly, and breakfast had the typical offerings—cereal, breads, yogurt, sausage, eggs.

Disliked: For the price the pool an hot tub should have been working but was out of service
