Best Western Crown Inn & Suites

Liked: This hotel came up as a one star hotel when I booked it but it was way nicer than that. The staff was great; the room was clean; beds were comfortable; the breakfast in the morning was very good. I would stay there again if I am ever in Batavia, NY.

Our stay was most enjoyable.

Liked: We needed a place for the night while en route from Vermont to Michigan. We were able to reserve a room by phone, from the car, at a bargain price. The room was spacious, the queen bed very comfortable, and the shower excellent. The breakfast was tasty and more than ample. Both staff members—evening and morning—were attentive and enjoyable to converse with.
