Best Western Crossroads Of The Bluffs

Liked: Not much to like.
Disliked: Check in person was rude. We couldn't find the room; outside door was locked so we had to walk a mile to the room. Room smelled of smoke, BAD! It was a non-smoking room. Very sketchy area; will not stay here again!

Liked: Check in staff was great.
Disliked: Shower was too small; sheets were dirty and breakfast was not good.

At check in we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the front desk person. The hot tub was not working. And one other thing - on Sunday morning we went to breakfast at 9:30am and no one refilled anything! The motel was very clean. And good location for us.

Liked: Great location. Easy to find.

When we first met the receptionist, she did not acknowledge our presence. She was counting some blue folders or something. Then the phone rang and we had to wait for that. Not once did she say, I'll be right with you. I thought that was rude. The rooms were great though, very clean.

Disappointing

I enjoyed my stay. It...

Liked: Our room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The service at the front desk was wonderful. I loved that there was fresh cut pineapple served with breakfast and that coffee was available at all times.The hotel is 5 minutes from all sorts of activities and sites to see and there were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.
Disliked: The breakfast was not good. The biscuits felt like they came out of a freezer bag and only thawed out just before serving, the sausage gravy was soup and not fit to eat. The "omlettes" were fake eggs smeared with some sort of cheese spread that probably shouldn't have been consumed. I'm not sure what the sausage patties were made from but they also were not edible... I would recommend checking out one of the local restaurants if you want breakfast.

Disliked: Old poorly climate controlled-halls were hot/humid.

Liked: Quiet, good value, clean and enjoyed breakfast.
Disliked: Everything was great for a one night stay.

College World Series Trip

Liked: Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, really good breakfast, rates were much more reasonable than the hotels in Omaha
Disliked: No complaints

Find Somewhere Else

Liked: Close to a lot of places.
Disliked: Rooms were excessively hot, even after moving to a different room the AC did not work. It was a miserable two nights trying to sleep as we were sweating all night long. Halls and pool area were humid and gross. Not worth the amount you pay due to being uncomfortable.

Superb

Liked: Hotel was clean. Staff was really helpful and pleasant. Breakfast selection was good. Pool area was very nice and pool was fairly large.
Disliked: There was no elevator.

Good value

Liked: Staff were really nice. Ofelia mixed up some plain waffles for my picky eater, which was very sweet of her! Hotel was clean. Pool area was really nice too.
Disliked: There was no elevator. Our toilet wasn't bolted to the floor so it moved.
