Liked: Not much to like.
Disliked: Check in person was rude. We couldn't find the room; outside door was locked so we had to walk a mile to the room. Room smelled of smoke, BAD! It was a non-smoking room. Very sketchy area; will not stay here again!

Liked: Check in staff was great.
Disliked: Shower was too small; sheets were dirty and breakfast was not good.

At check in we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the front desk person. The hot tub was not working. And one other thing - on Sunday morning we went to breakfast at 9:30am and no one refilled anything! The motel was very clean. And good location for us.

Liked: Great location. Easy to find.

When we first met the receptionist, she did not acknowledge our presence. She was counting some blue folders or something. Then the phone rang and we had to wait for that. Not once did she say, I'll be right with you. I thought that was rude. The rooms were great though, very clean.

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast had so many options, the pool was big and clean, the room was luxurious and clean and fresh. I was very impressed and the staff were very helpful and nice.
Disliked: Can't think of anything that I didn't like

Last min. booking

Liked: Front desk personnel was very friendly &, since the hotel doesn't have an elevator, she offered to change my room to the 1st floor.
Disliked: The entire main parts, of the inside of the hotel, were more humid than the outside was. Even the dining area.

Traveling I-80 on cross-country road...

Liked: Pleasant staff, convenient location for road travel, breakfast. Pet friendly with reasonable charge.
Disliked: Room A/C worked to cool the room but didn’t dehumidify. Room was extremely humid.

For the value of the...

Liked: There was a good variety of breakfast foods. The kitchen staff was super helpful! Enjoyed the newer upgrades on the lamps with the built in electrical outlets.
Disliked: The sausage patties are either a horrible brand, or possibly over cooked, but based on my experience with the kitchen staff that is less what it was. When taking a shower the water temperature would change between hot and cold randomly. This change didnt come from any factors in our own room though, for example the the toilet flushing or sink turned on. It would be without any of those happening when it did it.

Liked: Good breakfast. Good location. Clean.
Disliked: No window to outside. Pool area was super hot, all the air conditioners from the rooms were blowing hot air into room where the pool was.

Disliked: Hallway and pool area like a sauna. Room like a freezer. Room temperature we adjusted but could do nothing about the hall and pool area.
