Liked: Not much to like.
Disliked: Check in person was rude. We couldn't find the room; outside door was locked so we had to walk a mile to the room. Room smelled of smoke, BAD! It was a non-smoking room. Very sketchy area; will not stay here again!

Liked: Check in staff was great.
Disliked: Shower was too small; sheets were dirty and breakfast was not good.

At check in we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the front desk person. The hot tub was not working. And one other thing - on Sunday morning we went to breakfast at 9:30am and no one refilled anything! The motel was very clean. And good location for us.

Liked: Great location. Easy to find.

When we first met the receptionist, she did not acknowledge our presence. She was counting some blue folders or something. Then the phone rang and we had to wait for that. Not once did she say, I'll be right with you. I thought that was rude. The rooms were great though, very clean.

Liked: There was nothing to like about this place. If it hadn't been non-refundable, we would not have stayed.
Disliked: No outlets worked, it was dirty, the halls smelled, the curtain was ripped and wouldn't close, there were people right around the side entrance to our hallway to the room smoking....We absolutely did not feel safe.

Pleasant

Liked: Room was clean. Nice TV. Size of room was comfortable. Not crowded. Large comfy breakfast area. Close to gas stations, restaurants and a Walmart within about 5-7 min drive.
Disliked: Came to this hotel because of the advertised indoor swimming pool but it was closed for maintenance. Is located in an industrial area nothing nice to look at around the hotel.I feel like the room should have been discounted since pool wasn't in order.

Liked: Decor was nice and staff was nice.
Disliked: The room could use some repairs and there was maintenance happening throughout most of the hotel with no signs of where we could go or not go. Along with construction materials laying around. Maintenance was not posted online when we booked the room.
