Disliked: My room had a nasty smell; could not take a bath - the tub stopper did not work.

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff

Liked: I loved the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and huge.
Disliked: I wish the pool had been a little cleaner but that's not a big deal.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed blankets or towels
Disliked: My rooms bathroom was dirty, there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa and only two towels. The pool needs to be cleaned it was very dirty and grimy so would not get in or let my children in which was very disappointing to them
