Disliked: My room had a nasty smell; could not take a bath - the tub stopper did not work.

Liked: Housekeeping cleaned our room each night.
Disliked: The breakfast had spoiled and was sour. There was crusty floating debris in the juice. A staff member entered our room while our kids were trying to sleep. When we brought these and other concerns up, the manager ignored us and returned to her phone.

Disliked: Room could be cleaner. Dirt around light switches. Also had a musty smell in room.
