Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed blankets or towels
Disliked: My rooms bathroom was dirty, there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa and only two towels. The pool needs to be cleaned it was very dirty and grimy so would not get in or let my children in which was very disappointing to them

Disliked: Standing water on floor in lobby, water on floor in our bathroom, wadded up toilet paper shoved into peephole, spa tub did not work and it was sealed with packing tape instead of caulk. Tv started off with a black line across the screen, but then completely stopped working after about an hour. Bathroom layout was really weird. The spa tub/shower combo had a glass wall on one side that was right next to the bed, so if you were sitting on the bed you could see through the glass and have a crystal clear view of anyone sitting on the toilet. The entire building REEKS of marijuana. The morning was especially bad once people started checking out and housekeeping had all the room doors propped open. Breakfast was very mediocre at best, everything was cooked using the one microwave that was in the center of the breakfast bar. Will not be returning.
