Liked: I want to give the biggest shout out to Best Western Cranbrook Hotel . My daughter’s birthday wish was to have her and a couple of friends sleep over at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make her 8 year old dreams come true. The gentleman that checked us in treated the girls like queens. He found out it was her birthday and gave her an upgrade to a penthouse suite. He also gave them candy and chips as “vip” guests. The joy was incredible for those little girls and it will be a core memory for her forever. I am so grateful. The room was beautiful, hotel clean, pool clean and fun and every person we ran into on staff was so kind. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you!!!

Decent, comfortable, central location. Need...

Liked: Pool was nice, place was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Our room was on the ground floor and during the night there was a loud altercation with a few people and it disturbed our night. I think they have just one person at the front desk at any time because we waited ~30mins before checking in.
