Disliked: We booked adjoining rooms, upon arrival we were told that option was not available. There is no breakfast included. The pool was freezing cold. The pool room was freezing cold. In all very disappointed. Travelled for granddaughters 3rd birthday, as she likes pools. What a disappointment, failure of a hotel. In all we could have stayed at another hotel and used the community pool. This hotel lists services, but upon arrival it sucks. Too bad, a missed opportunity here. Will never stay here again, will highly not recommend. Possible to post warnings on Facebook, as close to fraud Saving money on not heating the pool, helps the owners profit, but may as well go to the frozen lake nearby. Embarassing

We had a short but enjoyable stay

Probably a one off but was very disappointing

Liked: Nice clean room, staff was great, allowed early check in.
Disliked: I know the weather was very cold and probably affected the room heater but it was so loud that we got very little sleep. After 3am no sleep, decided to get up! Got an extra blanket delivered to the room so we could lower the temperature setting trying to run heater less making room uncomfortable. Affected everyones night and next day.
