Best Western Country Inn

Have stayed there twice. Clean rooms; friendly service; very close to venue, shopping and dining.

Liked: The breakfast selection and coffee selection in the room, cleanliness, staff friendliness, and staffing are present and ready to assist. The bedding included a blanket between the sheets and the comforter. I haven't stayed in Best Western in a while. This experience will definitely have me coming back.
Disliked: Not a thing.

Liked: Location, room very clean and staff very nice. When I booked the room we wanted to stay 2 nights, but was given 1 night. At the hotel I asked about vacancies and they said there were rooms available?
Disliked: Didn’t like the pool area.

Liked: Compared to our stay in other hotels, this one was much nicer.
Disliked: Lighting was horrible cool fluorescent and way too bright. Every fixture was blindingly bright. There were no towel bars near the sink. The television remove was difficult to operate, especially with the (too bright) nightstand light off, you can't see the controls.

Disliked: There weren't any extra blankets and that would of been nice considering it took the heater an hour to warm up the room

Horrible experience. Worst ever!

Liked: Room smelled horrible. Carpet like smoke. I could not stay over 2 hours. I paid the night and couldn’t sleep there. Horrible experience when I spent the first 2 nights at your other property.
