Liked: Well maintained and really good/clean with good basics. Good value for cost.
Disliked: Breakfast was huge and very adequate but really awful. You wanted fewer choices if it could mean better tasting and recipes. Reminded me of rural restaurant in a rural area.

A pleasant stay

Liked: Very welcoming receptionists. Easy check in and check out. The room was large, clean, homy, with wall-to-wall carpeting, comfortable clean mattress, pillows, bedsheets, working room temperature control, nice working small fridge, tea/coffee set, clean wardrobe, working hot/cold shower, fast WiFi, nice TV set, a sofa, and a reading chair! Breakfast was decent and more than sufficient, lots of parking space, within walking distance to an upscale shopping mall. It was a nice place to stay.
Disliked: While the room was largely excellent, a minor inconvenience was the carpeting directly beneath and next to the sink, which made drying water splashes difficult. Additionally, housekeeping was notably slow on Saturday. We understood this might be due to a high volume of check-outs, but unfortunately, by the time staff arrived to service our room, we needed to prepare for a wedding reception. They were unable to wait, resulting in our room not being made up that day.

Liked: There was a power outage at the BW Corte Madera location and we had to be moved to the Best Western Plus at Novato.
Disliked: There was a power outage at the BW Corte Madera location and we had to be moved to the Best Western Plus at Novato. Not a fault of the wonderful staff at Corte Madera.
