The Best Western Corona Hotel is in central London half a mile from London Victoria Station. It is a converted Victorian building offering comfortable rooms and free Internet access in all areas. For a budget hotel I was very pleased with our room. It was quite small but adequate for just a few nights. The bathroom was nice and clean and looked as though it had recently been refurbished. The road was quite busy and the windows single glazed but noise did not worry me. There was a convector heater which warmed the room very quickly.

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Only negative - could do with a towel rail in bathroom.

Quiet and centrally located for...

Liked: Good location to victoria railway station. Reasonable walking along Thames to southbank amenities.IWM,Regents Park Zoo,Tower Bridge etc all within easy distance.Adequate breakfast and room.Quiet location.Staff obliging and helpful.
Disliked: Not a case of not likeing.Hotel was adequate for short stay,although would probably not stay again.Bathroom was smaller than expected but acceptable.Twin room "cosy."Local amenities ie pubs, eateries,were rather down market,loud and sports tv minded, and not frequented by our generation (pensioners),but mainly by livlively youngters.

Liked: Excellently location, 5 minute walk from tube stop. Good value for money. The room was quite small and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak, but made up by the location and price.
