Disappointing

This. Was. Awesome!!

Liked: This was a great hotel in an amazing location with beautiful views. The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was awesome. The waffle maker puts a heart in the middle!
Disliked: I don’t like that the AC wouldn’t go any lower than 70. Other than that, I loved everything!!

Liked: Nice room. We were only in town 1 night on our way to Gatlinburg and stayed here to go to a monster truck show down the street. Great location with a few restaurants nearby. Very clean.
Disliked: Nothing. Our stay was great

Liked: Like that it's right off I 75, lots of choices to eat gas station right there to fuel up. Was clean beds were comphy, kurig coffee maker, breakfast was good nice selection well lit parking lot and they take care to put the people that have pets in same area so they don't annoy other guests.
Disliked: The price cost me 200 bucks for the night 144 for room and 20 dollars for ea pet so 40 dollars and taxes. Also did not like that u had to leave a 100 dollar deposit. I don't understand charging so high for pets when they don't clean the rooms any different than regular. Also no creamer of sugar in the rooms for your coffee had to go to front desk to ask. If you have a coffee maker in the room you should have the stuff to go with it. And I am not sure why you need to charge a deposit especially 100 dollars. Will probably not stay here again unless price goes down.

The room was nice, clean...

Liked: The location was great. The room was clean and pretty good size. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal and bagels. We would definitely stay again but next time we will bring our own pillows.
Disliked: The pillows are terrible!! It's seriously time to replace them with some decent pillows.
